1、 Operation of reinforced sidewall

The main function of sidewall rubber of all steel radial tire is to protect the carcass cord from damage. It is composed of 3-5mm thick rubber layer. Because the carcass of all steel radial tire is soft and has large deformation and extension under dynamic conditions, its sidewall rubber is required to have good flexion resistance. In addition, because the carcass of all steel radial tire is thin, once there is a crack on the sidewall to produce water penetration, the steel cord will be corroded and broken. Therefore, the sidewall rubber is required to have tear resistance, flexion resistance, cracking resistance and other properties, as well as good resistance to climate aging and ozone aging. In addition, the basic identification of the tire is marked on the sidewall, so the sidewall rubber is required to have a certain fluidity to reduce the appearance quality defects.

The main function of all steel radial tire wear-resistant rubber is to protect the steel wire at the steel ring from damage. It is composed of 2-3mm thick rubber layer. The power of the car is transmitted to the steel ring of the tire through the rim, and then to the tread to drive the car, so it is required to have good wear resistance and tear resistance.

In order to cooperate with the improvement of the formula and ensure the good flexion resistance, tear resistance and wear resistance of the sidewall, the company adopts the reinforced sidewall for improvement.

2、 Use of nylon wrapping cloth

Bead wrapping cloth in all steel radial tire is also called bead wrapping cloth, reinforcing layer and reinforcing layer. Bead wrapping cloth is used at the bead opening. Its main function is to increase the strength of the bead opening, strengthen the bead and prevent premature damage of the bead opening. The use of nylon reinforcing layer innovates the design idea of radial tire, The utility model effectively solves the problem of ring space and ring crack caused by overload.

The unique new bead bead design of our company, combined with the adoption of nylon reinforcement layer at the bead and the improvement technology of reinforcing the sidewall at the bead, improves the load resistance of the tire, effectively reduces the inner crack of the inner tube and reduces the incidence of ring crack and ring burst.

In terms of tire structure, formula design, production technology and quality control, the project has established and improved a set of nylon wrapped cloth reinforcement sub mouth for tire, and applied the optimization design method of finite element analysis to improve the original production line. The improved production line has less energy consumption and pollution, and basically realized cleaner production; Eight products with two specifications (11.00R20 fa808, fd908, fd928 and 12.00R20 fa808, fd908, fd918, fd927 and fd928 respectively) have been developed, and the quality meets the requirements of national standards.
